Shipping / Delivery

Shipments will be made on the next working business day after an order is placed. E.g if an order is placed on a Friday then the item/s will be shipped on the Monday. If the Monday is a Bank Holiday then the item/s will be shipped on the Tuesday.

Standard shipping (3-5 business days)

Next day delivery: Orders must be placed before 1pm to be received the following day. If placed on a Friday for a Saturday delivery, please note price increase.

We will not be held responsible for orders returned due to an insufficient/incorrect address, failure delivery or multiple delivery attempts. We have the right to charge the buyer any and all re-shipping costs. If you provided the wrong shipping address with your order, please contact us immediately via email at hello@gymcat.co.uk and write ‘Urgent Shipping’ on the subject line.

Include the order number, name on the order and the corrected address. We will reply to your request within 24 hours.

Workout programs, nutrition guides, class tickets are non-non-refundable unless at the discretion of GymCat.

Items can be dispatched within UK, Europe and the United States of America.

Items will be tracked, if you wish to make a refund of your item, it is highly advised to get tracked delivery.

Free shipping on all orders over £70.

Returns

For US & Europe, we are unable to offer returns, refunds or exchanges on clothing or other purchases.

We are not able to offer refunds or returns for any of the GymCat programmes.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Returns will be processed in the manner that payment was originally made.

To be eligible for a return your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging.
  • Tags must not be cut, nor tarnished, they must be sent back along with the item in perfect condition.
  • No fake tan must be visible on the item being returned if there is evidence of tan being used a return will not be authorised.
  • The item must in a resalable condition i.e no marks, perfume, evidence of wear and tear.

Refunds (if applicable)

For USA & Europe, we are unable to offer returns, refunds or exchanges on clothing or other purchases.

We are unable to offer refunds for the Vegan Protein Supplement, as these are purchased through our partner company.

We are not able to offer refunds or returns for any of the GymCat programmes.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

For USA & Europe, we are unable to offer returns, refunds or exchanges on clothing or other purchases.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@gymcat.co.uk and send your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you do not pay shipping costs but receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please note for international (America and Europe) customers there are no refunds or exchanges available.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £70, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
