SHIPPING / DELIVERY INFO
Shipments will be made on the next working business day after an order is placed. E.g if an order is placed on a Friday then the item/s will be shipped on the Monday. If the Monday is a Bank Holiday then the item/s will be shipped on the Tuesday.
Standard shipping (3-5 business days)
Next day delivery: Orders must be placed before 1pm to be received the following business day. If placed on a Friday the product will arrive Monday.
We will not be held responsible for orders returned due to an insufficient/incorrect address, failure delivery or multiple delivery attempts. We have the right to charge the buyer any and all re-shipping costs. If you provided the wrong shipping address with your order, please contact us immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and write ‘Urgent Shipping’ on the subject line.
Include the order number, name on the order and the corrected address. We will reply to your request within 24 hours.
Items can be dispatched within UK, Europe and the United States of America.
Items will be tracked, if you wish to make a refund of your item, it is highly advised to get tracked delivery.
Free shipping on all orders over £70.
We do not offer refunds on returns but we can offer an exchange – please see Exchanges below.
We can offer an exchange within 14 working days of receipt if the product is sent back following the correct exchange process within that timeframe. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you an exchange.
We do not reimburse nor cover shipping costs, please take out a tracking number otherwise we can not guarantee that we will receive your return.
To be eligible for an exchange your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging.
- Tags must not be cut, nor tarnished, they must be sent back along with the item in perfect condition.
- No fake tan must be visible on the item being returned if there is evidence of tan being used a return will not be authorised.
- The item must in a resalable condition i.e no marks, perfume, evidence of wear and tear.
Please note that exchanges can only be granted for a different size of the same product. We can not exchange for a different item.
- Please fill out the exchange slip provided in your order package stating the size you wish to exchange for
- Package the item back in its original packaging and send back via your preferred courier
- Send an email to email@example.com stating that you have sent back your item and providing your tracking number

USA & EUROPE
For USA & Europe, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on clothing or other purchases (unless the item/s is defective or damaged upon receipt).
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED GOODS
If the item/s are damaged upon receipt, please email a photo showing the defect or damage to firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receipt. A reimbursement of shipping costs and a product replacement will be issued to you after the product has been received back.
Please note failure to notify GymCat of the defect within 3 working days of receipt will result in replacement cover being void and no further action will be granted.
