Sessions are done on a 1 to 1 basis with Laura, 4 times per week at your designated time slot on a Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Rest days are always taken on a Wednesday.
You must really want to succeed in this change and be completely committed to the Programme which will see you Transforming your body and lifestyle. Courses are done on a 3 monthly basis depending on what suits you best. This will be determined by Laura before you begin.
